PIM Pipeline Internal Bore Grinding Machine

The Pipeline Internal Bore Grinding Machine is used for precision finishing of pipe inner walls. By changing the grinding/polishing tools, it can grind, polish, remove oxidation, de-rust, achieve bright polishing, or mirror polishing on various metal and non-metal pipes such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, plastic, and rubber. This machine features high efficiency and high surface finish quality. It uses abrasive wheels (flap discs/polishing wheels) as tools, employing standard external cylindrical grinding techniques. The type of wheel material, grit size, hardness, and contact method enable coarse grinding, fine grinding, or polishing. Multi-head linkage can significantly improve processing efficiency.
