3D Welding Table

The 3D welding table is suitable for pipeline welding tasks. Its workbench utilizes a high-strength perforated grid plate, with D28 round holes evenly distributed every 100mm. These holes can be used to assemble various functional positioning modules and fixtures, offering excellent functional expandability. The clever design and conception of the modules allow for diverse combinations and repeated use.

• Made of ST52.3 material with nitriding + oxidising treatment and 0.2mm nitriding layer on the surface, effective in preventing corrosion, non-stick slag and resistant to bumping.
• Three side rows of grid D28 system holes, 100 mm apart, thus significantly increasing the table extension and clamping area
• Available in various table sizes, surface hardness up to 600 Vickers.
• Chamfering inthe outer edge of the table.
• Improved table stability by adding ribbed plates
• Millimeter precision scales
• Table surface marked with X and Y coordinates
• Round universal feet for precise height adjustment of the table
• The rib spacing is 400-500mm, providing strong support.
