BL Automatic Feeding Plate Beveling Machine

This series of products is based on the milling principle of German ZL machining centers, designed for milling the required bevels on steel plate edges. It is suitable for pre-weld beveling or milling processes requiring high surface finish quality on the bevel face.
When processing large plates, the plate remains stationary while the machine automatically walks along its edge for processing. For smaller plates, the machine can be fixed, and the plate is automatically fed through the machine to complete the beveling process. The product is widely used in shipbuilding, metallurgy, steel structure, petrochemical industry, pressure vessel manufacturing, mechanical processing plants, mining equipment plants, power generation, heavy industry, and aerospace welding fields. It processes materials including common structural steel, cast iron, hard plastics, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, etc.
